1. Can I receive a recommendation from a current or past client of yours?
   It would be our pleasure to put you in direct contact with another client of ours. We take tremendous pride in the quality of our work and the service we provide.
   
   
2. You will have the keys to my house I’m worried they will get into the wrong hands.
   We keep all keys in a secure place and there are no clues to the address kept on or with the keys, so if anyone has or finds the keys they will not know what they are for.
   
   
3. I need you to walk my Dog, what’s the procedure?
   You call us and we arrange a meet and greet for you and your pet to get to know us, we tell you all about our service. You fill out the pet profile (dog’s character, medical history, vet etc.) If you are happy with things we then sign the terms and conditions. We collect the keys and the walks can start as arranged.
   
   
4. Do I need to sign anything? Yes, if you do decide to use Happy Dogs you will need to sign the terms and conditions form stating that you are aware of and agree to them.
   
   
5. My dog just needs to be walked during the afternoon while I'm at work. Do you provide this service?
   Yes, we’ll call to your house and bring your dog out for 60 fun filled minutes and drop them safely home.
   
   
6. What is the minimum/maximum number of days that my pet can be cared for?
   We have no minimum day requirements for dog sitting or dog walking.
   
   
7. I need to schedule a last minute visit/walk?
   We understand that last-minute emergencies, business trips and much needed get-a-ways are part of a busy lifestyle. We can usually accommodate a last minute request especially if you are a regular Happy Dogs client. Of course, giving as much notice as possible is always appreciated.
   
   
8. May I check on my pet while I'm away?
   Yes, we offer regular email or text updates.
   
   
9. What are the hours when I can drop off or pickup my pets?
   We do not have set hours for drop-off and pick-up’s. We are quite flexible and are willing to work with you to make your drop-off or pick-up most convenient to you.
   
   
10. What days are you available?
    We are available every day of the year, including holidays.
